OUR STORY

Firewater is a new brand name of lambanog liquor in the market being promoted and distributed by AJ Vintage Cellar. It is a startup business categorized under small enterprise by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Selling of the product is generally concentrated in the localities of the City of Ilagan for market testing, partially in Cauayan City and the municipality of Tumauini which are all in the province of Isabela. While some were sold to individuals as "pasalubong".

Currently, Firewater production have different fruit blends such as apple, orange, grape and raisin (other fruit blends to follow). Original taste is also available and later on, with a Korean ginseng blend.

WHY FIREWATER?

Firewater connotes "strong liquor" in English sense, that is why it was used by the enterprise as its brand name to promote the native drink lambanog where people addressing it as "matapang". It was tested by Department of Science and Technology (DOST) with a 25 percent alcohol content by volume. You can expect the pureness of Firewater per bottle.
